SCHOOLS
Faculty and Staff Equity workshops.
-
Over my long career as counselor, educator and administrator, I’ve participated in many workshops and in-services. I’ve seen up close from both sides of the aisle both as a participant and a facilitator what works and what resonates as effective practice... and what falls short of the mark. The key is ensuring the work is engaging, that the content and delivery meet folks where they are and challenges them to want to know more about the subject matter.
Schools and Wellness Work
-
I am passionate about supporting and empowering kids. I have counseled, coached, and mentored thousands of kids over my thirty plus year career. It brings me great joy to be part of their life journeys.
Parent/Guardian Education
-
I have found great joy in partnering with schools to provide engaging parent/guardian education and programming. I am inspired by collaboration with parent and guardian leaders and volunteers that results in stronger community bonds.
COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS AND COMPANIES
Admin and Executive Team Workshops and Coaching
-
I have extensive experience designing and facilitating equity-centered leadership workshops. As always, the goal of the work is to ignite and unlock leadership potential and empower individuals to take charge of their leadership journeys.

I have also designed and facilitated effective and impactful Board/Trustee workshops and retreats. Given our current political, geo-political and social environment, it is vital that school boards, corporate trustees and organizations understand the landscape and significance of equity and belonging work on a personal level that they can connect to, that they have a working knowledge of the inputs and “levers” that drive change and institutional growth, and they are familiar with how equity work impacts productivity and organizational outputs.
